Project Requirements:

This is the second website we have completed for Granite Worx. Due to a company re-branding effort, they required a revised web presence that would match the rest of their marketing materials. They also wanted to add photos of their entire stone inventory to their website, making their catalogue available for customers to view. Another necessity was the ability for customers to insert any number of stones and edge profiles in their quote request.

Our Solutions:

We designed an elegant layout that reflected the professionalism of Granite Worx and the high quality of their products. Due to the unique needs of this project, we chose to implement the Vanquish content management system. For the front-end, public side of the website we used a lot of JQuery (Javascript) to ensure smooth and elegant functionality of the galleries and quote request systems, with cross-browser compatibility. We custom-developed a database to hold the hundreds of stone photos, a system to manage them and a search engine to find specific stones.
